Be informed that, the Mandatory Notaries Fee €280 can`t be taken or deducted from your prize because the Netherlands Monetary Laws and European Monetary Union (EMU) Council respectively imposes HARDCOVER INSURANCE POLICY BOND on your prize fund of €500,000.00 and this policy doe`s not permit any deduction from your fund until it gets to your designated Bank account, The Hardcover Insurance Policy Bond is also implemented to all EU member states banks and financial institutions since after the Sept. 11th 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States, over any money that is above Three hundred thousand U.S dollars (US$300,000.00) that is in payment/remittance within and outside Europe.

You are required to make the payment of the obligatory Notarization Fee and the attorney charges of €430 (Four Hundred and Thirty Euro only), before we would proceed in concluding the documentary procedures and your winning prize subsequently remitted to your designated account.
