In contrast to a lot of the 419 emails which reach us, this one is written in a good standard of English. It does put on that “official” air that the African crooks like to use, but it is still a scam email just the same.

Morgan Phillips Esq.
LONDON, ENGLAND

I am in receipt of your response to the notification.

Kindly note that the notice you received has been prompted by the information contained in the WILL of the deceased. I stand to gain nothing in this matter, other than fulfilling the obligations bestowed on me by the late Mr. Richard Moore to ensure that his wishes are carried out as contained in his WILL. The value of the estate bequeathed to you is about $6.750.000,00. The copy of the Will shall be made available to you after an application of claims has been filed at the Bristol probate registry for security reasons.

The Will has to be executed before you can claim the bequest made to you. In order to execute the WILL, I need you to reconfirm your full names, current address, and phone numbers, with which I would process and obtain a probate order from the Probate Registry division of Her Majesty’s Courts Services that will enable you claim your money from the finance institution were it is lodged.

Do get back to me with your details to enable me commence the processing. And do call me for discussions on receipt of this mail.

Yours faithfully,
Morgan Phillips Esq

I got this today, strange that Ida, a female name in my country, seem to be a man 🙂

I am barrister Okasino Elebe, personal lawyer to a deceased foreigner, late(Ida XXXXX) who died without a registered next of kin.He has a cash balance deposit sum of $5.2 Million USD in a commercial bank before he died.

His only child and wife that were supposed to be his next of kin died with him.Now It is an open beneficiary. The bank has issued me a notice to present his next of kin within next 25 days or the fund will be confiscated by the bank.

I solicit for your assistance to present you as a business associate and next of kin to him so that the fund will be transfered to your bank account.Upon your response to this letter,I shall inform you more details of this transaction and we shall discuss the sharing. Please kindly respond.

    Sincerely,
    Barrister Okasino Elebe(Esq)

The Funny thing about it is. 1.) They don’t say call the FBI about the fraud, they say call a hot-line that links to THEM2.) They are actually using pnaragopda, the intention of this video is to STOP people who are STOPPING THEM FROM FORECLOSURE..the banks know how to lie.. Believe me they do.They spent all this money not because they care. but because these so called con artist’ as referred to in this video. ARE ACTUALLY SAVING HOMES AND FAMILIES FROM FORECLOSURE. and its on Court Record.
